Who We Are
Custom Electronics has been owned and operated by DelRay Hill and serving Jackson Hole since 1981. We specialize in business and residential design, installation, and service of audio/video, automation, lighting control, and telephone systems. This includes whole house audio. Our systems are comprised of the finest manufacturers and products worldwide. However, we are not bound by any manufacturer to the point that we must force their products into an installation. We simply combine the chosen components to net the highest performance.

How We Think
Your total enjoyment of the system is important to us. While we make a living designing, installing, and servicing high quality audio/video and digital telephone systems, we wouldn’t make much of one if you, our customer, weren’t delighted with the result. Therefore, let me explain “our thinking” in designing a system for you.

First, the components must be the finest available for the price. They must be state-of-the-art. They must be upgradeable for the future, flexible as your desires change, and there can be no weak links. As you would expect, the weakest component can drag an entire system performance down. It would be unjust to recommend a single outstanding component and leave the rest of the system unable to pass along the benefits.

Second, the installation must be clean and visually pleasing. It has to look as though it is an integral part of your home, not a compromise or afterthought.

And third, in combination with the above, the system must be easy to use. It must give you what you want, at your fingertips with the touch of a button, and shouldn’t require a degree in rocket science to operate.

Our proposals incorporate all these concerns for you. The equipment, components, and design are all combined to work without any weak links. We have the ability, with your help, to make the installation compliment the beauty of your home. And as part of our service, we will work with you, to optimally fine tune the system to your desires, so that not only are elated with the “end product”, but that it is simple to use. More than anything, we want to do it right, the first time.

That is enjoyment, and hopefully elation with the home entertainment experience. That’s the bottom line. And what we love about what we do is that pleasure of our customer, in their home, with their entertainment experience.
